Information you provide: When you play a game, we collect the display name you choose for your session. We do not require email addresses, passwords, or other personal identification to use the Service.

Gameplay data: We store your in-game actions, messages, and session progress to enable gameplay features and maintain game state.

Technical data: We automatically collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, and general usage patterns to maintain and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) enable multiplayer gameplay sessions; (c) improve game quality and user experience; (d) prevent abuse and ensure fair play.

3. AI-Generated Content

Gameplay interactions are processed by third-party AI services (Anthropic) to generate narrative content. Your in-game actions and messages are sent to these services as part of normal gameplay. We do not share personal identifying information with AI providers beyond your chosen display name.

4. Data Storage

Session data is stored using Supabase infrastructure. Some preferences (display settings, session history) are stored locally in your browser via localStorage. We retain gameplay data for the duration of active sessions and may retain anonymized data for service improvement.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: (a) service providers necessary for operating the platform (hosting, AI services); (b) law enforcement when required by law.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your gameplay data by contacting us. Since we do not require accounts, most user data can be cleared by removing localStorage entries from your browser.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
