ScriptWeaver provides AI-woven interactive story experiences. The Service includes web-based gameplay, session management, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You may use the Service with a display name without creating a formal account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any session codes shared with you and for all activities that occur under your sessions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (c) attempt to manipulate the AI narrator to produce harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content; (d) share session access with the intent to harass or harm other players.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, game worlds, narratives, artwork, and software comprising the Service are the property of ScriptWeaver or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated narrative content produced during gameplay sessions is provided for personal entertainment use only.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or unexpected outputs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScriptWeaver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms
